6 Zucchini

1/2 cup of canna ghee

3 cups whole cream

2 cups shredded gruyere cheese

Salt and pepper to taste 


1. Heat cream and ghee in a sauce pot, add salt and pepper, mix and remove from heat. 

2. Grease 8×8 inch baking dish and line with sliced zucchini

3. Pour cream and canna ghee mixture over zucchini

4. Cover top with gruyere cheese and bake for 1 hour until bubbling and golden brown
