The Canndora Club
Canndora is a cannabis subscription box for women. Featuring curated accessories delivered 3x per year, it is intended to provide a discovery and delight, discreetly packaged. Members will receive approximately $150 worth of curated products for $69.95 each box shipped Holiday, Spring, Summer. Subscription boxes are available at www.canndora.com

How do I sign up?
How does the subscription work?
As a Canndora Club Member, you’ll get a box of fabulous cannabis accessories delivered three times a year. Each box is limited edition and contains $150+ in retail value. Boxes are shipped in November, March, July
After selecting either seasonal or annual billing, you will be charged immediately at checkout. You will be sent an email confirmation of your order and will be given access to your Canndora account right away.
What is the difference between the annual subscription and the seasonal subscription?
A seasonal subscription renews each quarter for $69.95*. With an annual subscription, you can prepay $195.95* for a full year of Canndora Club (that’s $15 in savings!). At the time your annual subscription expires, you will be auto-renewed into an annual subscription, unless you request otherwise.
Can I buy just one box?
When available, you can purchase additional boxes in our Shop!
What is the Canndora Shop?
The shop is a way to shop Canndora at any time! Items in the shop may include additional boxes, past box items, and items from brands we love! Shop inventory varies frequently so don’t wait if you see a product you love!
CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS
What is your cancellation policy?
If you would like to cancel your membership, you must do so before the next bill date. Otherwise, you will continue to be billed for the following season’s box.
To unsubscribe from your seasonal subscription, please log in to your Canndora dashboard and cancel using the “My Subscription and Orders” page. There are no cancellation fees. Cancelling your account does not provide you a refund for any paid boxes, nor does it stop a pending charge. Your cancellation will go into effect for the following billing cycle.
Annual subscription cancellation requests will go into effect at the end of the annual term. Annual subscriptions are prepaid for one year of membership and are non-refundable.

Do you take returns or exchanges?
Canndora purchases are final sale and non-refundable. We do not accept returns or exchanges of VIP boxes, box items, additional box purchases, or shop/warehouse sale orders. Any returns made to us will not be eligible for a refund.
When will I be billed?
If you sign up today, you will be immediately billed for your first box in your subscription. Thereafter (so, three times a year) when we release our next seasonal box, your credit card will be charged $69.95 US 1-2 weeks before the box goes out (sales tax and shipping fees to the US and Canada may apply).
Current Seasonal Members:
You will be billed for your Fall Box in October. Look out for the email we will send before you’re charged for exact billing information.
You will be billed $195.99 immediately upon sign up for your annual membership this charge covers you for 3 Canndora boxes. Your annual membership will automatically renew each year for $195.99 on the seasonal billing date following your last pre-paid box unless you cancel your membership.
Example: If you sign up as an annual member on February 22nd, 2018 you will receive the Spring ’18, Summer ’18, Fall ’18 boxes. On the Spring ’19 billing date (Feb/March 2018), your Annual Membership will renew and you will be billed $195.99 for another year of Canndora boxes.
What if I sign up between seasons?
If you sign up in between seasons, you will get the seasonal box that is currently shipping! The order form will also note which box will be the 1st box in your subscription.

How do I log in?
Head over to our login page and enter your email address and password you signed up with! From there, you should be able to view your VIP profile with all your information.
How do I update my shipping/billing information?
Members can log in with the email address and password you registered with and update any of your account information. Simply go to the “My Account” page and click the “Edit” button next to the information you want to update. Billing and shipping information must be updated before your seasonal or annual bill date.
Where does purchase appear on my account?
You can view your available purchase or add-on credit when you’re logged into your Canndora account by clicking the “My Account” tab! If you don’t see the purchase credit or add-on credit line, this means you don’t currently have any credit available in your account.
How do I reset my password?
If you forgot your password, you can go to the reset password page and enter the email address you signed up with. You will then receive an email with a link to reset your password!
I’m having trouble logging into the website
This could be due to many things. To better resolve your issue, email us with the type of computer you are using and the browser. From there, our technical representative will work their magic and get you into your profile ASAP.
ABOUT THE BOX
What will be in my Canndora box?
Some of contents of your box are going to be a surprise – that’s part of the fun of it! From time to time, we’ll send teaser emails revealing certain items in advance, so stay tuned to your email for details.
I saw one of your ads, is that what will be in my box?
Many of our ads display variations of products that have been featured in past boxes. We love to showcase our most loved brands and products Upon ordering, the order form will display which box your subscription will start with.
I filled out a survey all about myself, does this mean boxes are personalized?
While we are not yet personalizing boxes, we are always working to curate the most exciting quarterly VIP boxes. When you subscribe, you will be prompted to fill out a survey, which will help us in the future select products that are more in tune with your personal tastes!
